Preliminary Assessment It is conducted online via a questionnaire to identify the basic requirements the facility have in place and to understand the requirement the management wanted to implement / to identify the gaps for the relevant management system.
Gap Assessment – Onsite visit is done to understand the facility management system. We carry out the audit with the relevant requirement system and identify the areas where the organisation has its strength. Apart from the same during the audit gaps against the management system, the requirements will be documented and opportunities & methodologies for the fulfilment of the management including suggestions for implementation.
