AUDITING

We Conduct Audit in different ways

a. Preliminary Assessment It is conducted online via questionnaire to identify the basic requirements the facility have in place and to understand the requirement the management wanted to implement / to identify the gaps for the relevant management system.

b. Gap Assessment – Onsite visit is done to understand the facility management system. We carry out the audit with the relevant requirement system and identify the areas where the organisation has its strength. Apart from the same during the audit gaps against the management system, the requirements will be documented and opportunities & methodologies for fulfilment of the management including suggestions for implementation.

c. Effectiveness Check Audit – Once after completion of the gap audit and implementation based on the requirement audit is carried out to check and ensure its effectiveness including understanding of employees, system strength within the organisation and communication level. This will bring additional inputs to know how the team has succeeded in implementation of management system within the organisation

d. Internal Audit – We conduct internal audit based on the client requirements and criteria required for the management system. All the findings against the requirements will be documented and submit the audit report with conformities and non-conformities. We do suggest the client for the corrective action against the non-conformities or the gaps identified. Internal audit is performed based on the scheduled frequency.

e. Supplier Audit – As per the requirement of the client we do supplier audit based on the requirements or the checklist (if provided by the client) or drafted against the requirements. The audit report will be submitted to the client including the strength, Conformities and Non conformities (if any) directly to the client. When client suggest to help the supplier we do help them to take the Corrective action

– Not simply auditing but we suggest improvement
